The replacement headgear comes in a one size fits all. The built-in headgear clip that allows you to make quick adjustments and find a personalized fit each night. Achieve a secure fit with this simple single-strap design. This headgear strap is  not  machine washable. QuickFit Headgear’s split-strap design auto-adjusts and is simple to use by separating the back straps apart for a loose fit or pulling them together for a tighter fit. A tiny headgear clip can be used to make minor adjustments if needed, so keeping it comfortable takes nothing at all.
